Busy, Busy, Busy

Memorial weekend Friday night we went to our pastor's house and had some hot dogs and burgers. We played volleyball and badminton ball. That night my mom's parents came over for the weekend. While they were there we finished up the doll house.

Monday there was no school, and my grandparents left.

Tuesday no school because we went to the zoo.

Wednesday no school again because we went to Innis Woods in Westerville, Oh, and Kevin & Kaleb came to visit from Virginia. We had lots of FUN! We played video games, we watched the season premier of Wipeout, and just hung out.

Thursday no school, and more playing with Kevin & Kaleb! Yay!

Friday no school again; (If you noticed, I had no school the entire week. Awesome!) one more day with Kevin & Kaleb.

The next week we watched a neighbor boy across the street.

In baseball, so far the Mud Cats have won six games, lost only three and tied one. One game we played we creamed them like 17-1! I was pitcher one game and I finished one inning, but I couldn't finish the next one.

Last Monday we all left to go to the HNI meeting. While the adults were in the meeting Rachel & Abby were in the nursery, and Jordan & I with, some other kids, watched movies, went to the Cleveland Zoom, and to the beach. We had a nice time in Cleveland.

Sorry, no pics. You forget to take any when you are having fun.

Academics Fair

Not too long ago we had our homeschool group's Academics Fair were you make a poster about a person place etc. Sam and I did one all about dry ice and did experiments with it. If you have not ever done stuff with dry ice, it is fun; but, a little dangerous, it is -110degrees below zero! Jordan did a poster about Thomas Jefferson, Rachel on the jungle, and Abby on the farm. Sam and I still think we were the best!

Play Ball!

I had my first baseball game and we won 13 to 3. The second game we won again, 5 to 2! I am so glad that the baseball season is finally taking off! Rachel had her first game Monday night. The first inning she was put on first. When the first ball was hit she watched it and the runner and did not move, at all! I laughed. My third game was Tuesday and we won again 2 to 13. If I remember correctly the team we played creamed us last year. The next day Jordan had her first game (I was not there, I was at Youth Group). She said that she hit the ball every time, and they won the game. There was a lot of winning, innings, and fun in the baseball season so far.

Hallelujah!

I got my cast off! I got my cast off! I got my cast off, Thursday! It is so nice to itch it and take a shower without putting a trash bag over my arm. I still have to wear a splint on my arm, but that is a lot better than a cast. I can take it off whenever I want or need to. The main thing about this post is that a great burden has been lifted.....off my arm!

Presentation Night

On the 26Th of April we had our Presentation Night for our homeschool group. My class and I did a skit about this spray that you would spray on your mom to make her happy. Jordan and Rachel sang "I Belong to Jesus."
On one of my posts, "Funny Stuff" I was doing a photo shop Adobe class and I was making a picture. That one up above is it!

RV Crazy

On the 16Th of April we loaded up our stuff and left in the RV! The ride to Kentucky was exciting. When we got to our campsite in Cave City we got situated and hung out until Nana & Pappy (my grandparents on my mom's side). Once they got there we all started a fire and roasted hot dogs, burgers, and marshmallows and made smores. The only thing that was not good on the trip is that we got ticks! But on the bright side it was a new experience. The rest of the trip was great! Seeing Mammoth Cave and best of all spending time with the Hutsells. We NEED to see them real soon, already. Before we left Grant, Garrett, Jordan, and me (with a little bit of Rachel and Gavin) made a 8 minute movie called The Girl that Finds Christ with Comedy Skit. You can see it on Garrett's blog http://thegdogblog.blogspot.com/2009/04/this-is-video of.html. We had an awesome trip, and I hope you like all the pics.
Sorry that there are so many pics!
